Carney.wiki is both a working site and a public test of a larger idea: a website should help a buyer verify the person, offer, evidence, and next step without waiting for a sales call.
Claims
Specific beats impressive.
Public claims should identify the source, scope, date, and limit that make the statement defensible. Unverified performance claims do not belong on this site.
Sources
Evidence should be reachable.
Research-backed articles link to the original source when it is available. External facts are separated from Bill's judgment, experience, and working models.
AI use
AI assists. Bill remains accountable.
AI may support research, analysis, drafting, code, and quality checks. Bill owns the point of view, verifies the important claims, and makes the final decision to publish.
Corrections
Errors should leave a trail.
Material errors are corrected in the source and republished. Time-sensitive audit results retain their run date, coverage limit, and before-or-after status.
Privacy
Do not manufacture proof from private work.
Client names, outcomes, and internal material are not turned into public proof without permission. Composite examples are labeled as composites.
Scope
Measured is not the same as proven.
An automated audit can verify published structure. It cannot prove business outcomes, delivery quality, or customer satisfaction. Public reports state that boundary plainly.
The standard is not perfection. It is inspectability.
The useful question is not whether a site can make a polished claim. It is whether a skeptical buyer can find enough evidence to decide what deserves belief.
